provide individual supported living, home and community based services for people with developmental disabilities with established standards, policies and procedures; i.e. individual care via care plans that will include- community outings, housekeeping, laundry/bedding, hygiene assistance, toileting, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, grocery shopping, medications, transportation & companionship.
All employees must pass background check and commit to drug screenings. Must have valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, ability to follow instructions, and have excellent time management and multitasking skills
Our homes are in a Tier base pay depending on reimbursement rates. Wages will vary depending on the home you're assigned to.
Must be 18 years of age.
No experience necessary. Will train the right person.
Pay is based on experience and certifications.
We also offer $200 referral bonus.
