Job duties include but are not limited to:

provide individual supported living, home and community-based services for people with developmental disabilities with established standards, policies and procedures, i.e. individual care via care plans that will include- community outings, housekeeping, laundry/bedding, hygiene assistance, toileting, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, grocery shopping, medications, transportation & companionship.

Skills and Requirements

Certifications: (If you have these certifications that is a plus, but we will set up training for you if you do not have them)

• First Aid and CPR
• Level 1 Med-Aide or DDMA
• Abuse and Neglect
• PBS
• EOE/D/V

All employees must pass background check and commit to drug screenings. Must have valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, ability to follow instructions, and have excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Receptionist Work Schedule:

Open Position(s):

• Multiple Shifts Available: 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a
• Part Time
• Weekends are mandatory
• Those that have open availability will be considered first
• Must have reliable Transportation
• Paid Training and Orientation
• Gas Mileage Reimbursement

Phone calls accepted Monday thru Friday 8a-4p at 1-816-671-0298. Please do not call on the on the weekends due to the office not being open and not having the ability to get you placement.
